For Stenograph:
- have to pass their graduation in any discipline, must have to pass shorthand exam and typewriting exam in English from any recognized university, shorthand and typewriting exam from recognized ITI at 80 words per minute and 30 words per minute
For Legal Assistant:
- 3 years professional/5 years integrated degree in law from any law college university
- computer knowledge that data entry, word processing and computer operations
- selection procedure will be written test and skill test
